Information about your orders
When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.
Once an order is placed, changes are not possible. If the order is not processed and shipped, you may be able to cancel the order and place a new order with the updated items. If changes are required, please contact us through the "Contact us" page

All payments will be taken from your chosen method of payment, once the order is completed. It may take between 3-5 days for them to appear on your statement.
If you have a valid promo code, you can use it during Checkout in the box Coupon code. Your discount will be calculate at the checkout stage and you will be able to see what discount is applied. Click 'Apply' and if your basket selection meets the conditions of the offer, your code will be applied. Please note sale items and sets are excluded from all promotional codes unless specified otherwise in the offer. Lovely!
Gift cards can be claimed the same way as Promo codes - you can use it during Checkout in the box Coupon code. Your Gift card value will be deducted from the order value at "Checkout" and you will be able to see what discount is applied. Lovely!

Delivery speed will depend on your preferred shipment delivery - Express shipments will take between 1-2 days, Normal delivery should arrive within 3-4 days from the day of shipment.
At present, we only accept payments in GBP, as the store operates solely in the UK.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you haven't received your order within specified time of delivery method requested please e-mail info@poppylush.com Please notify us as quickly as possible, so we can review and resolve the matter. Notify us by e-mail or telephone of the problem within 14 days of the date on which the shipping confirmation was sent.

Currently all orders are packed using our Sustainable packaging using eco-cotton and recycled paper envelopes. You can see more about the standard packaging here. We will be introducing a Gift packaging, using sustainable recycled/recyclable packaging for your special occasion.
Processing of returns
We accept returns on items within 14 days, however due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns of earrings.

All our jewellery is made out of precious metals - 18k Vermeil gold plating, sterling silver, natural freshwater and cultivated pearls and zirconia crystals.
No, you do not have to have an account with Poppylush, however we would really like you to join our community, so you can enjoy more benefits and exclusive discounts we are offering to our email subscribers and account holders. E-mail is always required for the completion of an order, so that we can keep you informed of the processing and shipping progress.
